Bài Tiền Sa Mạc là phần chuẩn bị toàn diện cho các sa mạc sinh trước khi vào Sa Mạc Huấn Luyện, nhằm giúp các sa mạc sinh củng cố kiến thức về Giáo lý, Thánh Kinh, Nội quy, Nghi thức và các chuyên đề huấn luyện; đồng thời rèn luyện đời sống thiêng liêng qua cầu nguyện, rước lễ, hy sinh và tông đồ theo linh đạo Thánh Thể. Đây cũng là thời gian để sa mạc sinh phát triển các kỹ năng cần thiết qua các bài tập, nghiên cứu và thực hành, hoàn tất các yêu cầu của Ban Huấn Luyện, đồng thời được đánh giá về sự chuyên cần, kiến thức căn bản và mức độ sẵn sàng để chính thức bước vào Sa Mạc.
The Pre-Camp Assignment provides comprehensive preparation for candidates before they enter the Training Camp. Its purpose is to help them strengthen their knowledge of the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Sacred Scripture, TNTT By-laws, ceremonies, and training topics, while also fostering their spiritual life through prayer, Holy Communion, sacrifice, and apostolic works in accordance with Eucharistic spirituality. This period also enables candidates to develop essential skills through assignments, research, and practical exercises, fulfill the requirements set by the Training Committee, and be evaluated on their commitment, foundational knowledge, and overall readiness to officially enter the Training Camp.
