The training sessions—conducted through presentations, discussions, sharing, and practical activities at Sa Mạc Training Camp — provide the knowledge and experience necessary to promote a spirit of unity, empathy, and service.
The spiritual themes (Intentions of the Day), devotional traditions, and group activities are designed to deepen piety and refine the character and conduct of a servant leader.
