Monday Prayer — Begin the Week With Jesus
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Dear Jesus,
I place this new week into Your loving hands.
Guide my thoughts, my words, and my actions,
and keep me close to You in everything I do.
Protect me and my family from every evil,
from temptation, fear, and discouragement.
Give me strength to reject sin
and the grace to choose what is pleasing to You.
Lord Jesus,
if I have sinned, have mercy on me.
Help me to repent sincerely,
to seek Your forgiveness,
and to walk faithfully in Your commandments.
Bless my family, my home, my work, and all those I love.
Provide for our needs and never allow us to be separated from You.
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place my trust in You.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us.
St. Joseph, protect us.
Our guardian angels, watch over us.
Jesus, I give You this week.
Jesus, I trust in You.
Jesus, I belong to You.
Amen.
