Loving Father,
As I reach this deeper part of my Lenten pilgrimage, I come before You with a humble and contrite heart. Thank You for walking with me through these days of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving.
Lord Jesus, who endured the desert and the Cross for my sake, strengthen me in perseverance. Where I have grown weary, renew my spirit. Where I have been distracted, draw my eyes back to You.
Where I have held onto sin or self-will, grant me the grace of true repentance and freedom. Holy Spirit, fill me with Your fire so that my small sacrifices may unite with the perfect sacrifice of Christ. Help me to love more generously, forgive more readily, and trust more completely in Your merciful plan.
May this Lent transform me, so that when Easter joy arrives, I may rise with You in newness of life. I ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
