CV NEWS FEED // Pope Francis continues to recover steadily at Casa Santa Marta, with gradual improvements in both respiratory and motor functions, according to a March 28 statement from Holy See Press Office Director Matteo Bruni.
As Vatican News reported, Bruni shared during a press briefing that doctors are slowly reducing the high-flow oxygen the Holy Father has been receiving through nasal cannulas. His bloodwork remains within normal ranges.
The Pope has been concelebrating Mass daily in the chapel of Casa Santa Marta and maintaining a balanced routine of therapy, prayer, rest, and limited work.

Pope Francis was discharged from Rome’s Gemelli Hospital on March 23. As CatholicVote previously reported, doctors have advised him to rest for at least two more months as he continues his recovery.
