Police on Friday arrested a member of the Brew City chapter of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, an anti-Catholic drag queen group. The arrest was in connection with allegations of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a child.
Adam Westbrook, who has served as human resources director for Outagamie County, Wisconsin, is in a jail in Sauk County, according to an updated report Monday at Fox 11 News.
While Westbrook has yet to be formally charged, records show the sheriff’s office has recommended Westbrook be charged with four counts of possession of child pornography and four counts of sexual exploitation of a child.
Libs of TikTok posted the news of Westbrook’s arrest on X, along with a photo of him dressed in the drag nun’s garb he wears when with his fellow activist drag queens.
“Adam was also the human resources director for Outagamie County, WI and is pictured in drag with the Mayor of Sheboygan, WI,” the post reported.
According to Fox 11:
Westbrook was taken into custody in Neenah after multiple agencies, including the Neenah Police Department and the State Department of Justice, executed a search warrant as part of a Kenosha County investigation.
Westbrook identifies himself on his LinkedIn account as an “attorney and human resources professional” who attended Marquette University Law School.
“I am an enthusiastic attorney and Marquette Lawyer, passionate about community service, public relations, and performing,” he wrote about himself:
I am goal oriented, hard-working, and passionate. I believe in life you should never say “no” but rather “here are the challenges that need to be overcome to succeed.” I live my life by this motto, and work hard every day to succeed.
According to his LinkedIn account, Westbrook has had three jobs within the past 22 months.
He had been working for only five months, since September, at his most recent position in Outagamie County.
Prior to taking that job, he served for nine months, from January to September 2023, as the director of human resources and labor relations for the city of Sheboygan, where he led labor union negotiations and had “a strong focus of the City’s DEIB [diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging] initiatives to ensure that the City of Sheboygan is a premier destination for all people,” Westbrook wrote.
A statement to Fox 11 by officials with Outagamie County read:
We are shocked by the charges and have begun the process to terminate the individual. We will continue to cooperate with authorities and do all that we can to assist in the investigation.
From July 2022 to January 2023, Westbrook reports he worked in Oshkosh as executive director of human resources and legal affairs for CESA 6, an educational products and services provider.
Oshkosh officials, however, told Fox 11 that Westbrook never worked for the city.
Prior to working in the field of human resources, Westbrook indicates he served the city of Neenah for four years and several months, both as deputy city attorney and then as city attorney.
On Sunday, the Post Millennial (PM.) provided photos of Westbrook in drag with the Brew City Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.
As CatholicVote reported in May 2023, the anti-Catholic “Sisters” have performed numerous sacrilegious acts that denigrate the Catholic faith, including mocking the Holy Mass; grotesque caricatures of religious life; and sexualized representations of Jesus and the Blessed Mother.
PM.’s Andy Ngo also reported on X:
I did some digging on the drag queen who is now a child s—x abuse suspect in Wisconsin. Adam Westbrook (also known as Adam Heuvel) is married to Michael Westbrook, a school teacher in the Menasha Joint School District.
Westbrook was due to return to court on Monday. The Kenosha County Sheriff’s office reportedly said further information about his arrest would not be released as yet since the arrest was connected to a larger investigation to protect children.
