Commit your day to the Lord in prayer and thanksgiving. Put at his feet everything that needs to be healed, to be purified by him, and repeat with your heart: "Lord, if you wish, you can make me clean" (Mt 8:1-4). Ask this also for those people you see frequently and for this broken world, for many people suffer from torture due to the lack of compassion.
