Prayer
My dearest Jesus,
Here I am on this fifteenth day of Lent, kneeling before Your wounded heart. Today’s readings pierce me: Joseph betrayed, Your parable’s Son murdered—yet You still love us madly. Forgive me for the times I’ve let jealousy poison my soul, for the moments I’ve rejected You in others, or ignored Your voice calling me to forgive.
Lord, soften what’s hard in me. Wash away resentment with Your Precious Blood. Like Joseph’s brothers, I’ve hurt those I should cherish; like the tenants, I’ve wanted control instead of surrender.
But You are the Cornerstone—build me anew on You. Give strength to persecuted Christians suffering real betrayal right now. Wrap poor families in Your hope.
Let every novena we pray rise like incense, drawing souls back to Your vineyard. Through Mary, Our Lady of Sorrows who watched You die yet trusted the Father completely, teach me to stand faithful. Renew my heart for Easter. I love You, Jesus—help me love like You.
