Pope Francis summarizes the Christian heart of contemplative prayer like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cContemplation is a gaze of faith, fixed on Jesus. \u2018I look at him and he looks at me.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And he adds the key integration principle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cin Jesus Christ, in his person and in the Gospel, there is <strong>no opposition<\/strong> between contemplation and action.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So the goal for a day-plan is simple: <strong>keep returning your gaze to Jesus<\/strong> and let that \u201cgaze\u201d purify your heart and re-shape your choices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1t5Bu5SpZFpqn-apgWEMPSkm-ebQ56NFS\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">With Jesus During The Day &#8211; Contemplation in Action<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chi\u00eam Ni\u1ec7m Trong H\u00e0nh \u0110\u1ed9ng Trong \u0110\u1eddi S\u1ed1ng H\u1eb1ng Ng\u00e0y<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chi\u00eam ni\u1ec7m trong h\u00e0nh \u0111\u1ed9ng<\/strong> theo linh \u0111\u1ea1o Inh\u00e3 c\u00f3 ngh\u0129a l\u00e0: d\u00f9 m\u1ed9t ng\u00e0y c\u1ee7a b\u1ea1n \u0111\u1ea7y nh\u1eefng ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng v\u00e0 chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed9ng, b\u1ea1n v\u1eabn lu\u00f4n h\u01b0\u1edbng l\u00f2ng m\u00ecnh v\u1ec1 Ch\u00faa Gi\u00easu.
