Its spiritual life is built on three core pillars \u2014 Gospel, Eucharist, and Mission \u2014 which together guide members to contemplate and imitate Christ, be nourished by His life, and actively serve humanity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These pillars are expressed through universal foundations of prayer, communion, sacrifice, and apostleship, with the daily offering of oneself understood as a living Eucharistic practice.
