class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A person of discernment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A person of prayer, who strives to live like Jesus in every way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have the qualities needed for leading a team: helpful, creative, joyful, generous with your time, approachable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have a base layer of understanding across several aspects, allowing you to accompany others: The Bible, Catechism, the Sacraments, the Eucharist (Words of Institution, the structure of mass, liturgical elements and times, among others), the Church (diocese, parish, chapel, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You take responsibility for your formation as a team leader, attending training events (courses, retreats, workshops, camps, meetings, etc.) which will help you to grow in Christian life and personal friendship with Jesus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can work in a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does Huynh Tr\u01b0\u1edfng do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work directly with the children and young people, showing Jesus\u2019 love and friendship for them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan the meetings according to the guidelines established in the Centre\u2019s planning agenda and lead them (or accompany the person leading it).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speak in person with each team member to get to know them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Light up the team with the Word of God.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help to celebrate life\u2019s experiences in the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate internal communion within the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in the team leaders\u2019 team and keeps up regular contact with the Coordinator and Spiritual Advisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote the Pope\u2019s Monthly Intentions and the World Prayer Day (first Friday of the month).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are aware of what the parish, school or college\u2019s requirements are for the use of their facilities, timetable, etc., to facilitate a safe and healthy environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in a Life Community or apostolic team in the EYM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a
